By doing business with me, you agree with all of my terms and conditions.

• • All of my 3D models will be made available for anyone to buy or download, unless you state at the beginning of the commission that you want to purchase exclusive rights to the work for an additional fee.
  • I retain all rights to my work.
  • I have the right to refuse any commission work.
  • I am allowed to use previous work in my portfolio to show to future clients.
  • I reserve the right to terminate a contract at any time.
  • My work is for personal and private use only.  If you want to use my work commercially, contact me to discuss details. 
  • I do not allow the sale, reposting, redistribution, or reselling of any of my artwork unless I have stated otherwise and we’ve come to a written agreement. (Models I have posted on Thingiverse and Printables are an exception.)
  • You must be 18 years or older to commission me.  Customers under 18 must have parental permission.
  • I do not accept deadlines. However, I will ensure the work is done in a timely manner and will give you regular progress updates throughout the entire commission process.
  • I take payment upfront via Paypal or Venmo.
  • After a price is agreed upon and the commission is completed, If I do not hear a response from a customer in two weeks, the contract and commission will be terminated, and I have the right to sell the work to another client via any of my platforms.
  • If a customer backs out of a commission, I have the right to sell the work to another client via any of my platforms.
  • My terms of service are subject to change at any time.
